Impact of Corona Virus on monitoring activities - We have received the following message from UZ Leuven: "Monitoring visites door CRO's, in het kader van klinische studies worden uitgesteld. Alleen voor dringende audit visites kan een uitzondering gemaakt worden na goedkeuring. Die visites mogen alleen plaatsvinden op het studiesecretariaat. Bezoeken van monitors of auditeurs aan klinische zones binnen het ziekenhuis, inclusief de apotheek, worden tot nader bericht uitgesteld. Voor die externe personen blijft gelden dat als zij symptomen van griep of verkoudheid vertonen, zij niet naar het ziekenhuis mogen komen." Please ask your CRAs to check proactively with other hospitals when planning & confirming visits.
